AI Agents & Business Automation

AI Agent Development

White Storm Technologies develops AI agents for a specific job in your organization. An agent may gather approved information, use permitted tools, prepare a result, or coordinate a bounded sequence of steps. We define the task and operating limits first, then build and evaluate the system against examples from your actual workflow.

WHO WE HELP

Built around your team.

For product teams, operations leaders, and businesses exploring a clearly defined AI-assisted workflow.

The challenges we help solve.

A chatbot can answer a question but may not connect to the tools needed to complete a task. An unrestricted agent brings a different problem: uncertain actions, broad access, and work that is hard to inspect. A practical agent needs clear tool permissions, a stopping point, and a way for people to review its evidence and proposed actions.

WHAT WE DELIVER

What we can build with you.

  • 01

    Task and agent specification

A defined role, accepted inputs, permitted tools, expected output, and escalation conditions. Multiple agents are used only when separate responsibilities make the workflow easier to operate or review.

  • 02

    A bounded working agent

The agreed knowledge access, tool connections, state handling, and review interface. Actions such as sending a message or modifying a record require explicit project permissions and suitable controls.

  • 03

    Evaluation and operating pack

Representative tasks, failure cases, run visibility, and operating guidance. We record limitations and agree the criteria for moving from a prototype to a wider deployment.

ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW

How the solution works.

  1. 01

Define a useful and bounded job

Work through real examples, identify authoritative information, and decide which decisions the agent may make. Set approval requirements and conditions that should end or pause a run.

  2. 02

    Build tools and context

Implement the knowledge and tool interfaces with the access needed for the task. Make inputs, outputs, and handoffs available for inspection.

  3. 03

    Evaluate behavior

Test ordinary tasks, ambiguous requests, missing evidence, tool failures, and repeated runs. Use the results to refine permissions, prompts, and workflow logic before expansion.

A CLEAR STARTING POINT

What we need from you.

  • A clearly defined task and a person accountable for the result
  • Example requests, expected outputs, and unacceptable actions
  • Approved knowledge sources and test access to relevant tools
  • Review, deployment, and operational requirements

Systems & integrations.

We assess access, supported APIs, and suitability during discovery. These tools are options to evaluate for your project.

  • Approved knowledge bases and document collections
  • Business tools with suitable APIs and permission controls
  • Databases or structured data sources required for the task
  • Model providers, hosting, and run monitoring tools chosen for your environment

Illustrative example: prepare a research brief from approved tools
A team could commission an agent to retrieve relevant records from a permitted knowledge base, compare them with a supplied question, and prepare a source-linked draft brief. A reviewer checks the evidence and approves the result before it is shared outside the workflow.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Questions worth asking.

What is the difference between an agent and a chatbot?

In this service, an agent can use agreed tools or follow a task workflow beyond a conversational answer. The exact capabilities are specified for the project; the label alone does not imply autonomous action or unrestricted access.

Do we need multiple agents?

Not necessarily. A single bounded agent or conventional workflow may be simpler. We use multiple roles only when they serve a clear need such as separating research from review or managing distinct tool responsibilities.

Can we approve actions before they run?

Yes. We can design read-only access, draft outputs, or an approval step before selected actions. The agreed process defines who may approve and how failed or declined actions are handled.

How will we know whether the agent works?

We agree acceptance examples and evaluation criteria for the actual task, including tool use, output quality, source support, and failure behavior. A prototype demonstration alone is not treated as evidence that every production case is covered.
