WHITE STORM TECHNOLOGIES / WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Who this policy covers
This policy describes information handling on the White Storm Technologies website at https://whitestormtechnologies.com and when you contact us about our services. For privacy questions, email info@whitestormtechnologies.com.
This is a business services website. Information handling for a commissioned application, research engagement, or other client project is agreed separately for that engagement, including any necessary data processing terms.
Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, service interest, and project message. If you email us directly, we receive your email and any material you include.
Use the initial enquiry to describe the project. Please avoid including passwords, financial account details, identifiable learner records, sensitive personal information, or confidential documents until an appropriate sharing arrangement has been agreed.
How we use enquiry information
We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond to you, discuss a possible engagement, and maintain the correspondence needed for that discussion. We also use technical information to operate the website, investigate delivery problems, and prevent automated abuse.
Submitting a project enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising audience targeting.
Contact delivery and service providers
The website contact flow uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect automated abuse and Resend to deliver enquiry emails. Turnstile processes technical signals such as IP address and browser information for its security functions. Enquiry content is processed by the email delivery service and the mailbox receiving the message.
Website hosting and delivery infrastructure may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, and technical errors. Service providers may process information in locations outside your country. Their published notices explain their own processing; project-specific hosting or residency requirements must be discussed separately.
Local preferences and tracking
The website saves your selected light or dark theme in your browser's local storage. Contact form entries and site search queries are not saved in local storage by the website.
We do not currently use advertising pixels, commercial behavioral tracking, or third-party marketing analytics on this website. Security checks used for the contact form are described above. See the Cookies & Preferences page for more about the local theme setting.
Retention and disclosure
Enquiry correspondence may remain in our email and operational systems while it is needed to respond, manage the discussion, maintain relevant business records, or address legal obligations and disputes. Provider logs and security signals are also subject to the relevant provider's retention practices.
Information may be shared with providers needed to operate the website and respond to your enquiry, with people authorized to work on the request, or where disclosure is required by applicable law. A client project's information access and retention requirements are defined in its own agreed arrangements.
Your choices and requests
You can contact info@whitestormtechnologies.com to ask about information you have supplied, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern. Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning access, restriction, objection, or other processing choices.
We may need enough information to verify a request and identify the relevant correspondence. Any response will account for applicable requirements and information that must be retained. You can also contact the relevant data protection authority where applicable.
Children and education projects
The website enquiry form is intended for people contacting us about organizational services. It is not a student registration service or a place to submit children's learning records. If you believe a child has sent personal information through the website, contact us so the information can be reviewed and addressed.
Any proposed education application needs its own review of users, permissions, learner information, institutional requirements, and applicable responsibilities before deployment.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the website or its information practices change. The date on this page identifies the latest revision. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@whitestormtechnologies.com.
