White Storm Technologies builds education chatbots that help people find the right institutional information and support route. A project can cover course discovery, admissions guidance, enrollment steps, platform access, or recurring student questions. We work from approved information and define which requests need staff attention.
YOUR GOALS. OUR EXPERTISE.WHO WE HELP
For institutions, training organizations, admissions teams, and education customer support teams.
Prospective and current students often search several pages or repeat a question by email to learn which course is suitable, what a published deadline means, or how to resolve an access issue. Staff answer the same questions while the underlying policy may change. A chatbot needs a maintained knowledge source and a dependable handoff, especially when a request involves a personal record or an individual decision.
WHAT WE DELIVER
A defined audience, supported question set, content owners, and escalation routes. We identify which answers can come from published information and which need an authenticated service or a member of staff.
A website or portal chatbot grounded in agreed pages and documents, with useful links and clear uncertainty behavior. Authorized ticket or enquiry creation can be included where the receiving system supports it.
A process for updating course and policy information, checking sample responses, and reviewing unanswered questions. Staff receive guidance on the assistant's supported scope and handoff behavior.
ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW
Review recurring enquiries with admissions or support staff. Agree authoritative content, deadlines, response boundaries, and who owns each kind of unresolved request.
Connect approved content and implement supported journeys. Include direct routes to staff and avoid collecting personal information before the task requires it.
Test outdated information, ambiguous questions, inaccessible systems, and requests outside the assistant's role. Agree who reviews content after an institutional policy changes.
A CLEAR STARTING POINT
We assess access, supported APIs, and suitability during discovery. These tools are options to evaluate for your project.
Illustrative example: admissions questions with a staff handoff
A college could offer an assistant that links applicants to published course requirements and explains the next enquiry step. When an applicant asks about an individual eligibility exception, the assistant prepares a routed enquiry for staff instead of presenting an admissions decision.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
A student support chatbot focuses on institutional information and service journeys. A tutor focuses on understanding a subject and practicing learning tasks. They can share a platform, but their content, evaluation, and escalation rules should be designed for their separate roles.
That requires an authenticated integration and permission to access the relevant record. We assess the system and access requirements separately; a public information chatbot does not automatically have access to personal accounts.
We can provide a content management approach using your existing source system or a scoped administration workflow. The proposal identifies content owners and how changes are reviewed and made available to the assistant.
The deployed assistant can be available according to the hosting and support arrangement agreed for the project. Staff responses and escalated requests follow your institution's actual service hours and processes.
